自2008年5月至今，不断有公司和个人以杭州瑞弗科技有限公司名义向国际市场提供瑞杰珑™3.6寸便携式电子助视器相关产品资料和报价，对我司国外代理商及国际市场造成极为恶劣的影响。对此我司深表愤怒，为防止此类事件再次发生，我司现对外声明如下：
1.我司瑞杰珑™3.6寸便携式电子助视器（EM-VALUE）为面向中国大陆产品，严禁任何人以任何方式销售到中国大陆以外的地区。同时公司将严格监控产品的去向，一旦发现有该产品流入其他地区，将根据销售记录追查到底，一经查实将取消代理资格，对情节恶劣者将提请诉讼和赔偿。
2.我司重申瑞杰珑™3.6寸便携式电子助视器(EM-CX3)全球（除中国大陆）独家代理商为台湾联郃国际有限公司（台湾台北市双城街6号8楼之一），任何公司和个人如没有取得台湾联郃国际有限公司的授权，无权进行此产品的海外销售。

We,Hangzhou Rejoin Technology Co.,Ltd., announced hereinafter that:
1、Our "Rejoin" 3.6 inch Portable Electronic Magnifier(EM-VALUE) is a kind of product aimed to the domestic market. It is forbidden for any companies or persons to sell our products to markets outside China. And we will strictly track the sales direction of the goods. If there are any disobey,we will cancel his agent qualification or even apply for lawsuit and complement.
2、Our "Rejoin" 3.6 inch Portable Electronic Magnifier(EM-CX3), we have authorized International United(N.Y.) Company as our global EXCLUSIVE agent(except China). Any company or person has no rights to sell this products to overseas markets afterwards without being authorized by International United(N.Y.) Company.
